PHOTOGRAPHY and GRAPHICS
These 4ft high posters are a combination of theatre photography, design and printing experience, created for a wonderful youth theatre group in St Ives called KIDZ R US.They were printed for outdoor display on my top range fine art printer using lightfast pigment ink. I specialise in two areas: portrait and event photography. I love to design pages of print and images.
VIDEO EDITING
Les Mis by this group was stunning, so I created a seriously emotional 1½ hour movie in full HD for the cast from 9 performances. Copyright prohibits sale to the public, but it would give the famous 2012 movie a run for its money! My video work for clients is not public but a few small samples below show the sense of pace and presentation that I have an instinct for: timing is everything in video editing.

ART GALLERY - MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS and WEB
For 11 years my wife and I ran an art gallery called Imagianation (yes, Ian in the middle!) in St Ives and then in Bath. I've spent 25 years designing business software so I enjoyed making something for us – a clever, user-friendly gallery management system linked to a commercial online gallery. Sadly the high street galleries had to close as lockdown started but they gave me 11 happy years of photography, graphics and web design, as well as meeting people from all over the world!
